Seat height adjustment: Correct seat height is essential for effective, comfortable training and to avoid injury.
1. Place one pedal in the down position and align the sole of your foot with the center of the pedal. Your knee should be slightly bent.
If your leg is too straight or cannot touch the pedal, lower the saddle.
If your leg is too bent, move the saddle higher.
2. Dismount the bike, loosen the seatpost adjustment knob and remove the locking pin.
Adjust the saddle to the desired height.
Let the locking pin engage and tighten it firmly.
Lower-body training: Sit comfortably, with your arms relaxed at your sides or resting on the handles.
