Because a poorly chosen sports bra ruins a interval training session, the women's physical training often starts with clothing. This selection includes bras, leggings, tank tops and jackets, women’s running shoes, and equipment for strength training or mobility work.

Three pieces make up a basketball player's training outfit. The sports bra should be chosen according to the intensity: light support for yoga, heavy support for running and jumping. The leggings, either long or three-quarters, move with you without slipping. The tank top made from technical fabric wicks away sweat. Add a tracksuit jacket for warming up, and the outfit is complete.
Women's running shoes are designed with a narrower shape at the heel. adidas offers several options, from the Runfalcon for beginners to the Adistar, which is well-cushioned for long runs. The ATR version of the Runfalcon provides better grip on trails. Try them on at the end of the day when your feet have swollen, with your running socks.
A strength session doesn't require much space. A pair of light dumbbells, a step, and resistance bands are enough for a complete circuit. A cork or foam yoga mat is used for core work, stretching, and mobility exercises. For jumps and landings, a skipping rope completes the setup. Your coach or trainer can help you choose the weights.
These brands cover both clothing and equipment in the selection.
Each discipline has its own page. Running is covered on the running page, with shoes, clothing, and watches. The yoga page features mats, blocks, and outfits. For strength training, visit the musculation page or the crossfit page. Water bottles and bars can be found on the nutrition page. The men's and junior pages cover other audiences.
Sportswear goes on sale regularly. The sales and Black Friday are key times, and clearance offers end-of-line items throughout the year. Keep an eye on deals, and on the 24-hour shipping page if you’re in a hurry.
Try a few jumps in place while wearing it: your chest should move as little as possible, without the straps cutting into your shoulders. The band under your bust should stay in place. For running and jumping, choose a high level of support.
Leggings cover the knees for ground exercises and keep your muscles warm in cooler weather. Shorts offer more freedom for jumps and sprints. Many players switch between the two depending on the session.
Cork remains non-slip even when you sweat, and it cleans easily. Foam is softer and lighter to carry. For dynamic sessions, cork holds up better.
Leave about half a centimetre in front of your big toe: your foot moves forward with each stride. Many female runners go up half a size from their regular shoe size. Check the brand's size guide.
Start light to learn the movement, then increase when the last reps become easy. Adjustable dumbbells prevent you from buying multiple pairs. Your fitness trainer can help you select the weights.
