It is adapted to receive 50mm discs and the grip is 28mm. It also has ball bearings for more fluidity and speed during your exercises. With its BLACK MAT finish and ceramic treatment, the bar benefits from an extreme protection against corrosion caused by perspiration and humidity. It has a tensile strength of 200 000 PSI. This bar can be dropped.
